Lacrosse is a great sport and quality coaching is vital to helping this sport continue to grow. If you really want to help the players you coach you have to understand the game and how to relate it to your players. Anyone can read a book or research on the Internet, but we want you to get out on the field and gain that first hand experience which is the core of becoming a good coach. Youth and JV coaches especially have a great deal to do with developing the core of lacrosse knowledge. We would like to do whatever we can to assist these coaches in making the game more fun and teaching the correct fundamentals. We want the players to learn the proper way to play this game and that has to begin with the coaches.
